All services are provided subject to written agreement, proposal, or invoice acceptance.


3. No Financial or Legal Advice

Yurnic provides technical implementation services only.

We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or compliance advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws including privacy, consumer, and tax laws.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain lawful rights to any data supplied

  • Maintain their own backups unless otherwise agreed

  • Ensure compliance with privacy and consumer laws

  • Maintain valid licences for third-party software used

Yurnic is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client information.


5. WooCommerce & E-Commerce Disclaimer

When implementing WooCommerce or online stores:

  • Store owners are responsible for product accuracy, pricing, taxes, refunds, and consumer compliance.

  • Yurnic is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or transaction losses.

  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or others).

Yurnic does not store or control credit card data.


6. Automation & N8N Workflow Disclaimer

Automation systems built using N8N or other tools rely on:

  • Third-party APIs

  • External service uptime

  • Hosting infrastructure

Yurnic is not liable for:

  • API changes made by third-party platforms

  • Service interruptions from hosting providers

  • Data delays caused by third-party systems

  • Workflow failures caused by external service outages

Automation systems are provided “as configured” at the time of delivery.

Ongoing maintenance requires a separate support agreement unless specified otherwise.


7. API & Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with external platforms including:

  • Suspension of client accounts by third parties

8. Fees & Payments

Fees are payable as outlined in written proposals or invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Completed work is non-refundable

  • Late payments may incur service suspension

Yurnic reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.


9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients retain ownership of their website content and business data.

  • Yurnic retains ownership of proprietary code frameworks, reusable automation templates, and system methodologies unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are granted a licence to use delivered systems for their business operations.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Yurnic shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Third-party claims

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.


11. Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yurnic from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

  • Client misuse of systems

  • Breach of laws or regulations

  • Unauthorised data use

  • Content supplied by the client


12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Introduce malicious code

  • Disrupt website functionality

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission


13. Termination

Yurnic may terminate services if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Client conduct is unlawful

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
